Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy sets out the terms that apply when you purchase a subscription from SousFeed (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Subscription Plans

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly / monthly) as chosen at checkout.

  • Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

  • You will be charged automatically using the payment method you provide until you cancel.

2. Delivery

  • Your subscription products will be delivered according to the schedule shown on our website.

  • If we are unable to deliver on time, we will contact you with an update and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

3. Cancellation & Your Rights

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by contacting us at info@sousfeed.com.

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.

  • Please note: because our products are delivered frozen and perishable, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once delivery has taken place.  This means you cannot return products once delivered.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be made to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • If you cancel after your next order has been prepared or shipped, that order may still be charged and delivered.

5. Changes to Subscriptions

  • You may update your subscription (e.g. delivery frequency, flavour selection, payment method) at any time via your account.

  • We may update subscription prices or terms from time to time. If we do, we will give you at least 14 days’ notice and you may cancel if you do not agree.
